2024 Crossroads Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

$50

Aromas spring from the glass of the 2024 Crossroads Sauvignon Blanc immediately offering a bright and refreshing bouquet of fresh lemongrass, striking citrus and delicate white flower blossom. The nose develops with early-season nectarine and ripe summer cantaloupe. On the first sip, the wine travels the length of the palate with energy and vibrance. Notes of exotic guava, key lime zest, and sweet Meyer lemon burst through, carried on a wave of sparkle and lift. Balancing the body of fruit are threads of wet stone, wild honey and subtle marzipan which weave seamlessly into the silky texture of the wine. On the last lingering moments, one is left with a light brioche-like essence—the final flourish of a wine that delights at every turn.

The 2024 vintage is regarded as a true Napa Valley classic.

The season began favorably with winter rains saturating the soil, laying a foundation of nourishment for our vines and fostering strong canopy growth. A moderate spring allowed for just enough natural foliage growth to shade the fruit from several days of intense heat as summer gave way to fall. Harvest began relatively early in comparison to 2023 with our first pick of Sauvignon Blanc from Mt. Veeder reaching the Workshop on August 19th. White varieties continued to be harvested by hand by our in-house vineyard crew over the next 10 days and concluded with our last pick of Semillon on August 29th.
